Born in Como in 1973, Francesca Frigerio graduated with honors in 1997 from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.
She has been admitted to the Milan Bar since 2001 and she is qualified to practice in the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2015.
After a short professional experience at a firm specializing in civil law, Francesca Frigerio has cooperated with the law firm Fabbri & Associati (now Chiello & Pozzoli) since 1998.
During her professional activity, she has acquired significant experience in the field of labor litigation and consultancy and provides her assistance, both out of court and judicial, with reference to all issues relating to both private and public employment law, in particular, regarding individual layoffs, subordinate, self-employment and agency relationships, as well as professional illnesses and accidents at work, providing advice and assistance to Public Bodies and to primary national and multinational Companies belonging to the most different sectors of management ordinary employment relationship and in the pre-litigation and litigation phases.
She collaborates in the drafting of articles on labor law published in specialized journals.
She has collaborated in the drafting of a pilot Regional draft law on women’s work.
