Born in Lucca in 1982, Giorgio Giannini graduated with full marks from Pisa University in 2007.
He has been enrolled in the Milan Registry of Lawyers since 2010. Before joining Studio Chiello & Pozzoli, he accrued significant professional experience at leading Italian law firms, specialising in labour law and industrial relations topics.
Giorgio has strengthened its activities, in particular, in the areas of individual dismissals, subordinate employment contract, self-employment and agency relationships as well as staff reduction procedures, providing daily advice and assistance to leading national and multinational companies belonging to the most diverse product sectors in the ordinary management of employment relationships, negotiations with trade unions in the phases of litigation and pre-litigation.
He has written several articles on labour law published in specialised magazines (in particular ‘Lavoro 24’ from ‘Il Sole 24 Ore’ and ‘Olympialex Review’).
He attended and successfully completed the “School of Advanced Training in labour law, Trade Union Law and Social Security” set up by AGI, the Italian Association of Labor Lawyer.
Since 2023, he has been a partner in the law firm Studio Legale Associato Chiello & Pozzoli.
Giorgio is fluent in English and Spanish.
