Born in Carate Brianza (Milan) in 1977, Elisa Giardini graduated with honours in Law from Bicocca State University in Milan in 2002.
She has been enrolled in the Milan Registry of Lawyers since 2006. She accrued work experience in a prestigious Italian law firm, specialising in employment contracts, agency contracts, and judicial disputes, including bankruptcy.
She has worked for several years with international law institutes, protection human rights and navigation law at the law faculty at Milan Bicocca University.
In 2002, she worked at the Milan District State Attorney’s Office.
She has written several articles on labour law published in specialised magazines (in particular ‘Guida al Lavoro’ e ‘Avvocato’ from ‘Il Sole 24 Ore’), and also an essay on the protection of human rights.
She has been a speaker for several years at the Masters in Corporate Management & Strategy at the IlSole24Ore.
