Born in Bari in 1986, Danilo Bellini graduated with honours at the University of Pisa in June 2011, with a thesis on the protection of employees in productive decentralizations.
He qualified as a lawyer in 2014 at the Court of Appeal of Genoa. Before joining Chiello & Pozzoli firm, he gained a significant professional experience at leading law firms specialising in labour law.
Danilo has strengthened his activities in the field of labour law, on a wide range of issues, including disciplinary and economic dismissals, exercise of the jus variandi, compensation for non-pecuniary damages for breach of art. 2087 c.c., also with reference to asbestos-related diseases, with management of the related litigation both in and out of court.
In 2019 he attended and successfully completed a Master in ‘Privacy, e-Privacy and Data Protection Officer‘ set up by the Business School of the Sole 24 Ore.
He has written several articles on labour law published in the magazine ‘Labor – Il lavoro nel diritto‘.
